FAQs

What kind of experience do I need to apply?

It depends on the role. Some entry-level positions, like laborers or support staff, require no previous experience—just a willingness to learn and work hard. For positions like Equipment Operator, Foreman, or Project Engineer, industry experience is typically required.

Do you offer on-the-job training?

Yes! We believe in investing in our team. Many positions include paid training, mentoring, and opportunities to advance your career.

What’s the work environment like?

Our crews work hard and support each other. The environment is fast-paced, safety-focused, and team-oriented. Whether you’re in the field or in the office, we work as one team to get the job done right.

Are there opportunities for advancement?

Absolutely. Many of our supervisors and managers started in entry-level roles. If you’re reliable, coachable, and driven, there’s plenty of room to grow here.

Do I need a CDL to work in the field?

Only certain positions, such as drivers and street sweepers, require a CDL. All requirements are listed in each job description.

What are the work hours?

Field crew hours can vary depending on the season and project timelines, but typically start early in the morning. Office hours follow a more traditional schedule.

Where are your job sites located?

Most of our projects are located throughout Arizona, particularly in the East and West Valley areas.
