Senior Sales Associate – Outside Sales

Full Job Description

The Senior Sales Associate – Outside Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth
by developing new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with
existing clients. This role requires frequent travel within an assigned territory to meet
customers, present solutions, negotiate contracts, and close sales. The ideal candidate
is a results-driven professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

Location: Field-Based / Territory Assigned

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within assigned
    territory
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Conduct in-person sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations
  • Develop customized proposals to meet customer needs
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM system
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, customer service) to
    ensure client satisfaction
  • Provide regular sales forecasts and activity reports to management

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 + years of outside or B2B sales experience
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • Ability to work independently and manage sales territory
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel frequently

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field, or 7+ years of
    demonstrated success in commercial and industrial B2B outside sales with a
    proven track record of revenue growth and account development.
  • Established network within assigned territory
