State Farm Cardinals Stadium Project

In 2025, M.R. Tanner was contracted for the parking lot pavement maintenance project at the State Farm Cardinals stadium in Glendale, Arizona. The scope of work included crack sealing, liquid road application, and striping to extend the pavement’s service life. The project was completed on schedule, ensuring an enhanced and well-maintained surface for stadium operations.

SCOTTDALE, WESTWORLD PROJECT - ROAD CONSTRUCTION SERVICES

In 2024, M.R. Tanner was selected as the contractor for the major asphalt project at the Westworld in Scottsdale, Arizona. The scope of work for this project included milling, asphalt overlay, and striping for the venue and its parking areas. The successful completion of this large-scale endeavor highlights M.R. Tanner’s ability to execute complex projects with precision. Our team’s commitment to delivering a high-quality product ensures that the newly paved surfaces will provide a durable and smooth foundation for Westworld’s many events for years to come.

CITY OF PHOENIX JOC, ASPHALT OVERLAYS

As part of the City of Phoenix’s Pavement Preservation Program, the Street Transportation Department awarded the Asphalt Overlay JOC to M. R. Tanner in 2022. This contract’s scope for task orders included milling, asphalt paving, ADA ramps, curb and gutter, utility adjustments, loop detectors, neighborhood rehab, and traffic control. Many factors lead to the success of the projects at M. R. Tanner, but our ability to work with an owner’s needs is unparalleled among other contractors. This JOC allows for safer roadways in the Phoenix area, improved ride comfort of the road surface, and neighborhood preservation.

DEER VALLEY SCHOOL DISTRICT

Deer Valley School District has contracted with M. R. Tanner for five years and we recently were selected again for the Pavement Maintenance JOC. The schedule for these schools is paramount. All work has to be performed during summer break, which requires long hours and weekend work. Despite a demanding schedule, we have successfully completed every project ahead of time or on schedule.
